• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScoutFox provides intelligence signals as decision-support, not as financial, legal, or professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on information delivered through the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account through the Service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
